Why Do We Book - By Appointment Only?
Blush Bridal provides a private, intimate appointment for each bride and up to 4 guests. You get one-on-one attention to every detail of your wedding day from your dress to your custom accessories. You can book a 60 and 90-minute dress appointment or a 2 or 3 hour luxe appointment depending on your needs. We also book accessory fitting only appointments.
Do you do the alterations at Blush Bridal?
We will provide you with your dress, and you will be responsible for all dress alterations and the associated cost. We recommend local seamstresses for our brides who you will feel confident with as they have a reputation and quality workmanship and have worked with our previous Blush brides. We special order dresses to your closest measurement but your gown will still require alterations. Alternations can take 4 weeks so we ask that you consider that when making your appointments for your wedding day.
How to book an appointment with Blush Bridal?
Engaged? It is easy to book with us at this website for the bride. Tailor an appointment to your timeline prior to your wedding. Call us to book your appointment if you need assistance. We do not sell mother gowns or bridal party.
Can I get accessories at Blush when I purchase my gown or can I book a separate appointment?
Blush Bridal will accessorize your gown during your personal gown selection appointment. Most brides choose to complete the look that day and purchase their veil and accessories at their fitting appointment. We also offer accessory fitting-only appointments that you can make at a later date when you know more about your wedding day and after you have received your Blush dress. We also offer brides who purchased their gown at another location, an accessory appointment. At Blush, we want every bride to feel welcome - so bring your dress and let us customize your look with beautiful Blush-curated veils, jewelry and hair pieces.
What to expect at my Blush Bridal Appointment?
Our focus will be on pampering the bride and her guests. We will be chatting about your vision for your wedding date, your desired dress designs, your venue (if known), and your dress budget. Please only bring up to 4 guests with you. We like children, but no small children under age of 10 at appointments, please. We do not want outside food and drink in our shop for obvious reasons. For the bride, please bring a hair tie, wear very little make-up, and do wear panties. Our time is very important so we have a policy that brides who do not show up for their appointment or who do not cancel within the 24 hour period prior to their appointment, we will not rebook your appointment. Please show up or call us and let us know in advance you will not be able to keep your time.
What is the price range of dresses in your shop?
Our price ranges for special order gowns are $1800 and up that can be special ordered prior to your wedding. You will need to allow 20-24 weeks for delivery of gowns so that you can get the gown of your dreams ordered to your nearest size and with customizations. You will also need to factor in time for your alterations prior to the wedding. We provide discounted dresses off the rack for the bride who is rushed for time and wants to purchase in a shorter timeframe. We provide the bride with a split payment option of paying a 50% deposit at the time of dress order/selection and the final 50% payment due at dress pickup. All sales are final.

Do you offer customizations of your gowns at Blush Bridal?
Our designers offer customizations for their gowns depending on which design is chosen for your dream dress. Dress Customizations will include color, length decrease/increase, train length, no train, lining, custom sleeves, cup sizing, extra boning, additional lace and fabrics orders, hem lace detached, buttons and other options. Your bridal stylist will discuss these during styling and gown ordering.
Does Blush provide refunds, returns, or exchanges?
No. All sales at Blush Bridal are final once a deposit is made. The bride will forfeit the deposit if full payment is not made on the dress after it is purchased. If the final payment is not made, the dress and deposit become the property of Blush Bridal. We do not refund, exchange, or allow returns on any of our items due to the specialized ordering and inventory.
Which one is right for me: off-the-rack or special order shopping?
Blush Bridal provides a unique benefit to brides by selling gowns off the rack for immediate purchase for brides on a tight schedule or for brides who want a discounted dress.
The off-the-rack appointment is for the bride who has less than 20 weeks prior to her wedding day. We provide a 60-minute off-the-rack appointment for brides to come and get the full attention of our stylists for our discounted dresses.
The special order option at Blush Bridal is the standard 90-minute appointment with a stylist selecting gowns that can be ordered and customized. The bride should have at least 24 weeks prior to her wedding day. And the budget for the gown will start at $1800 and up. We also offer a luxe appointments for the bride who wants to spend more time with up to 4 guests toasting with champagne and cake tasting (fee for appointment). These luxe appointment are for special order or for off-the-rack with a budget of $1800 or more. We can RUSH order gowns that will come in approx 20 weeks for a fee.
You said YES to a Blush Dress - What Is Next?
Welcome to the Blush Bridal family of brides - you have selected your dream dress at Blush!
Your Blush stylist and Blush Owner will take your measurements to determine your exact size if you are special ordering. Your order will be written up with dress information and we will order the gown size closest to your measurement once agreed upon. You will be asked to review the order and confirm the size and date for delivery of the gown. Your stylist will then take a 50% deposit payment for your gown and any accessories purchased. All sales are final on special orders and no refunds on deposits, returns, or exchanges on any items.
For off-the-rack dress purchases, the bride can put down a 50% deposit and Blush will hold the dress for up to 60 days. The bride will come back to pickup the dress and make remaining 50% final payment at dress pickup. All sales are final on dresses and accessories and no refunds or returns are made. An order will be written up with the bride for the off-the-rack purchase for gowns that Blush will hold 60 days.
